My work explores the interplay of light and color through geometric abstraction. Having spent 37 years surrounded by the intense sunlight and vivid hues of Caracas, Venezuela, my move to New England in 2000 made me deeply aware of how light shifts with the seasons. The contrast between tropical brilliance and the cooler, more fleeting northern light inspires me to depict environments where color and luminosity take center stage. Through faceted forms and vibrant palettes, I seek to capture the essence of changing landscapes and the emotional resonance of light.​
